Group training is a great way to get started with a workout program but also great for maintenance and community.

It's a light-hearted (but still quite intense) way of training in a friendly, judgment-free atmosphere. Group classes are great for motivation as well. Everyone is very friendly. There are moments to chat, laugh and in many cases bond and build relationships.

Sessions typically run 60 minutes and include warm-up, stretching, a circuit-style workout as well as a cool down every class.

This is a great option for those who want to look good, get fit but aren't ready or interested in personal training.

What to Expect:

  • Saturday sessions are 8:30 to 9:30am.
  • The program lasts 8 weeks.
  • Train with 10-15 people
  • Gain strength, lean muscle, energy, confidence
  • Build relationships with people in class
  • Learn to modify for your body
