I am a certified personal trainer who creates custom workouts for those who want to improve their lean muscle mass, lose inches, tone up and gain more energy.

I get busy people FAST results.

As someone managing both a business and a family, I have a lot on my plate so I've learned how to workout with high-intensity but short duration with lots of rest. You will not feel pain when you train with me. We will work progressively towards your goals so that you continually make progress without burning out or getting injured.

Sessions with me run between 30-60 minutes using a combination of body-weight exercises, weight training and balance exercises. You'll learn how to make your muscles work for you!

If you prefer long distance cardio or you hate lifting weights, my programs aren't for you. But if you are short on time, want effective, safe workouts or maybe you just don't know what to do when you work out, then we will be a great fit.

We will setup a time to chat on the phone where we will discuss your goals, experiences and overall health. We will discuss the various program options so you can make an informed choice.

Most of my clients make a payment via paypal but cash/cheque is acceptable as well.

Once I have received your payment I will begin the process of creating your custom program. I'll send you a questionnaire to get deeper insights into you previous experiences, your goals and your likes/dislikes.

From there we will set a training schedule that works for you and the program you've selected.
